Grand LisboaPalace is being constructed next to theMacau East Asian Games Dome in Cotai, Macau. The project is expected to top off mid 2025 and will include about 2,000 hotel rooms between 3 structures -The Lisboa Palace Hotel,PalazzoVersace Macau, and Karl Lagerfeld Hotel luxury boutique hotel.
Michelin starred restaurants, a themed shopping mall and various other food and beverage outlets will also be available. A multi-purpose theater and grand wedding pavilion are also planned.
Plans call for 27,000 square meters of gaming floor space (290,000 sq ft) with up to 700 gaming tables and 1,200 electronic gaming the total approved building area is 521,435 squaremeters, plus 77,158 square meters of parking and 37,386 square meters of landscaped areas. Thetotal construction cost is approximately HKD30 billion ($USD3.86b).
