Havasu Landing Resort and Casino II will mark the second gaming facility of The Chemehuevi Indian Tribe that will be located 1,000 feet north of the existing Havasu Landing Resort and Casino in Havasu Lake, California.
The facility will feature a 48-room hotel, a restaurant, a new marina and 25,000 sq ft gaming facility with 320 gaming machines and 6 live table games.
The facility is expected to open within 15 to 16 months (ready for opening in the spring of 2025).
